A closed-system pressure control valve is a device that limits the build-up of excess pressure or vacuum within a system when these parameters reach or exceed a predetermined value relative to atmospheric pressure. The valve is designed to prevent damage to the system and its components caused by excessive pressure or vacuum.
The valve has three connections:
– to the system to be controlled
– to the intake system
– to the exhaust system
Both the suction and pressure sides of the valve are weight valves. A tight seal is ensured by properly ground components (valve disc and valve seat).
Combined weight and spring-loaded breathing valve with heating jacket, for overpressure and vacuum, with increased opening pressure. System and inhalation side with flange connection, exhalation to the outside environment. Opening pressure: ±50 mbar to ±300 mbar.
Available sizes: DN15 – DN300
